● monitor the working conditions of the pulverizer and dust collector, and check the air circuit of the vertical pulverizer to ensure the normal operation of the pulverizer;

● the direction of the guide plate must be changed after the pulverizer stops working every eight hours and the direction of the pulverizer operation must be changed in coordination with the central control room;

● clean the feeder impurity box at least twice per shift;

● clean the dust collector bag once a week;

● clean the equipment and ground of the grinding room to ensure that the equipment surface and ground are free of dust and dirt;

● operate the equipment in strict accordance with the specified equipment operation procedures;

● sanitary tools, screens and other tools shall be placed and stored neatly;

● carefully and truthfully fill in the records of this shift and do a good job of shift handover.

Basic principles of pulverizer operation

● in case of shutdown for any reason, the machine must be started without load after the materials in the machine are removed;

● the rotation of the pulverizer must be reversed every day, so that the hammer blade, hammer plate frame, pin shaft and screen plate hole can be worn evenly. The difference between the forward and reverse operation time is not more than 8 hours. During the reversal, the guide plate shall be reversed accordingly;

● forward and reverse commutation must be carried out after shutdown;

● the hammer piece shall not be excessively worn, otherwise the double hole hammer piece cannot be turned back due to insufficient strength and the weight difference between the two groups of hammer pieces exceeds the specified value, resulting in strong vibration. Pay special attention to the hammer pieces on both sides of the rotor. If the hammer pieces are seriously worn, the whole group of hammer pieces may not be turned around and replaced, resulting in a large waste of hammer pieces.

③ When comminuting meal raw materials, due to their easy comminution and large comminution output, it is necessary to consider whether the discharger and bucket elevator can bear the discharge capacity of the crusher at full load;

④ If the machine is used as a new machine, pay attention to the load level below 70%, and increase the load level after 50-80h;

⑤ No matter what kind of feeder is used, it shall be fed evenly and shall not be too big or too small;

⑥ During the operation, the particle size of the crushed materials shall be checked at any time. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine to check whether the screen is broken;

⑦ It is forbidden to open the operation door during the grinding process;

⑧ During normal production, the protective cover of the coupling shall not be opened to prevent accidents.

⑨ In case of abnormal noise and violent vibration during operation, stop feeding and cut off the power supply. After the rotor stops effectively, check and eliminate the fault;

⑩ In case of feeding and crushing, the materials in the machine must be discharged and the batching bin must be replaced before feeding and crushing; If the refueling time is too long or there is only one bin to be crushed, it can be considered to stop the machine and restart it;

Work after shutdown

● after shutdown, check the pulverizer and solve problems in time;

● after shutdown, the magnetic impurities on the magnetic plate at the inlet of the pulverizer or on the feeder must be cleaned;

● after shutdown, clean the equipment and clean the environment around the equipment; (refer to the cleaning specification of grinding room)

● pack up tools and materials and store them at designated places;

● carefully fill in the crushing work record and do a good job of shift handover.

Close the manual plug-in door → reset the button of the feeder crusher → remove the materials in the machine → start the machine without load according to the program after the power is on

● foreign matters entering the machine, large vibration and abnormal sound:

Close the feeder → close the pulverizer → check the cause → restart the pulverizer without load according to the procedure

(3) relevant working procedures of crushing process

● operators of grinding system must be specially trained and qualified;

● the pulverizing operation door can be opened only after the pulverizer stops effectively;

● the magnetic separator of the feeder can be cleaned only after the pulverizer is effectively stopped;

● dust proof lighting shall be adopted in the crushing room and its basement, and its switch shall be outdoor;

● the protective devices such as travel switch, safety pin and air cylinder carried on the pulverizer shall not be removed or replaced with other substitutes. If the protective device fails or is damaged, it shall be repaired or replaced quickly;

● there must be a protective cover on the coupling during the operation of the pulverizer;

● all equipment of the pulverizing system shall have good grounding devices;

● all cables and wires shall pass through protective sleeves.

● during the grinding process, attention must be paid to the equipment operation and the grinding particle size of raw materials (half an hour).

● it is forbidden to open the pulverizer before it stops stably. After the equipment is blocked, the pulverizer must be emptied before it can be started again.

● the safety protection switch of the pulverizer must be intact to prevent personnel and equipment injury caused by misoperation.

● keep in touch with the central control before startup and after shutdown to prevent misoperation of the pulverizer.
