1. Partial failure of film guide groove:


The film shall not bite into the upper pillow type packaging machine hot roll, or separate from the hot roll or have uneven ends.


Cause 1: The center of film, guide groove, longitudinal sealing roll and transverse sealing roll is not in a straight line.


Reason 2: The film guide slot is too inclined.


Cause 3: The eccentric sprocket of the transverse sealing hot roll is out of speed.

Adjustment method 1: turn the adjusting knob on the roller of the longitudinal pillow type packaging machine to the right, increase the pressure, and the film thickness will be stretched. It should be noted that excessive stretching will not seal.


Adjustment method 2: reduce the pressure of the longitudinal heat sealing roll. If the pressure is too high, the film cannot be clamped in and may be extruded.


Adjustment method 3: The clamping amount of the longitudinal sealing roll shall be more than usual, and it shall be 10MM at 7MM generally.


Adjustment method 4: If the two ends are still uneven through the above adjustment of pillow packaging machine, bend the film inwards beyond the guide groove on the side.


Adjustment method 5: The center line of the film guide groove has errors and should be replaced if it is not manufactured well.


2. The cutter position is faulty.


(1) The film cannot be cut off:


Cause 1: The clearance between moving tool and fixed tool is not adjusted well.


Adjustment method; There are two short tension screws on the outside of the stationary knife and two long compression screws on the outside of the stationary knife. When the blade of the moving knife is close to the fixed knife, the film is cut off by the grinding inspection of two knives. The best gap between the blade of the two pillow packers is 1/100MM. The two upper blade tips can be slightly contacted to keep the sharp knives always parallel. During the adjustment, the film is clamped in and cut off by hand while adjusting. During the adjustment, the cutter clutch should be installed to disengage.


Reason 2: The cutting edge is damaged and worn, small use an oil stone to grind it, and large use a grinder to repair it.

Cause 3: The cutter is poorly installed, the clutch of cutter clutch is poor, and the locating key is disengaged.


Solution: carefully check all parts and retighten them.


3. Failure of transverse sealing hot roll: poor sealing.


Cause: poor thermal regulation, insufficient or uneven pressure of push spring.


Adjustment method; The appropriate pressure and temperature shall be selected according to the thickness and type of packaging materials used. If the sealing temperature is too high, the sealing will be white. The packaging film at the sealing is easy to peel. The pressure of each heat sealing roll is adjusted by the push spring. The temperature of the roll is controlled by the temperature controller to control the temperature of the heating rod heating wall. The left and right sides of the horizontal sealing roll are equipped with pressure adjusting buttons, and each adjusting button is composed of push pillow packing machine buttons and pull buttons. If only push buttons are used, excessive pressure will be applied to the hot roll, which will easily lead to poor sealing. Therefore, push buttons and pull buttons should be properly used. The two adjusting buttons of the horizontal sealing hot roll are provided to prevent the adjustment of uneven horizontal force.


4. Rotary table fault:


(1) The packaged materials are mixed into the heat sealing parts.


Cause 1: Incoordination between bagging time and heat sealing time


Solution: the second gear is connected with the rotary table gear. Push the second gear upward and change the mesh so that the materials will not fall down during sealing. The ideal blanking time is to load the particles into the bag after the transverse sealing. Do not change it easily after proper adjustment.


Reason 2: The packing speed is too fast, the material falls for a long time, and the packing speed is appropriately reduced.


(2) The blanking time has been adjusted, and it is abnormal again.


Cause: The rotary table is poorly fixed, the keys and fixing screws are loose, or the fixing position is incorrect, and the shutter in the rotary table is poorly opened and closed.


Repair and adjustment: fix the rotary table at the correct position of the pillow packaging machine, and fix the keys and screws again. Adjust the opening and closing mechanism of the shutter to the correct position and then fix the shutter. In addition, when the powder with very small particle size or the mixture with very different specific gravity is loaded, the bagging takes a long time, which causes the powder particles to bite into the sealing part. At this time, the packaging speed should be slightly slowed down, so that its rotation rate should be suitable for the performance of the packed material.


5. Electrical fault


(1) The current of the heat sealing roller is too high or the fuse is blown


Cause: There is a short circuit in the electric heater or a short circuit in the heat sealing circuit.


(2) The heat sealing roll is not hot


Cause: The first heating wire is burnt out, the second fuse is blown, and the third temperature control is faulty. At this time, the traffic lights do not jump at different temperatures.


(3) The temperature cannot be controlled automatically, and the temperature is too high


The first reason is that the thermocouple and the roll are in poor contact or damaged, and the second reason is that the temperature controller has internal faults.


(4) Photoelectric position pillow free packaging machine


Cause 1: The controller fuse is broken, or there is an internal fault.


Reason 2: The packaging paper was not installed properly, so that the bid contention center did not pass through the aperture center of the photoelectric head.


Cause 3: There is dirt on the photoelectric head.


Reason 4: The sensitivity knob is not adjusted properly.

6. Mechanism failure

(1) Some mechanisms cannot be started:


Cause 1: The motor and its wiring are disconnected: connect the disconnection, and replace the motor in case of motor failure.


Cause 2: The fuse is burnt out: replace the fuse with the same amperage.


Cause 3: The connecting screws and keys of the gear are loose: Retighten the loose screws and keys, starting from the motor, and check according to the driving sequence.


Cause 4: The foreign matter falls into the gear and other rotating parts. At this time, the motor has an abnormal sound. If it is not handled in time, the motor is easy to burn, and the foreign matter is taken out.


Cause 5: The foreign matter falls into the cutting knife of pillow packaging machine, and the two blades are too tightly matched. Take out the foreign matter. When the two blades are too tightly matched, the gap should be appropriately increased.


(2) The transverse sealing hot roll does not rotate


Cause: The bearing part of the hot roll is not filled with oil, causing burning and locking, and the gear fixing lock ring and key are disengaged: the hot roll should be filled with oil, and the gear fixing lock ring and key should be retightened.
