How to solve the problem of automatic feeder blockage
The automatic feeder may be blocked by the electronic scale, or by the feeding blanking cover and feeding side. See the following for the corresponding troubleshooting.
1、 Blocking reason
1. Scale problems
(1) Scale metering tube limit plug. The material in the metering pipe is not transported smoothly, or the material is stacked in the metering pipe for a long time, which makes it difficult to unload the material, causing the metering pipe to be blocked.
(2) The synchronous mechanical transmission system of the electronic scale and the feeder or the control of the electric DC speed regulating board has operation failure, which causes the feeding to be blocked due to asynchronous feeding.
2. Feeding blanking cover and feeding side blocked
During the feeding operation, pay attention to the operation. If the blanking port is blocked, stop the machine immediately. If the flow distribution of the following electronic scale fluctuates or there is no flow signal, it can be determined that the feeder system has feeding failure, which is caused by improper adjustment of the photoelectric switch and the rake roll.
2、 Exclusion method
1. Check the working condition of the photocell, adjust the position of the photocell, readjust the gap between the rake roller and the lifting belt, and control the feeding height under the condition of ensuring the flow of the production line.
2. Repair the faulty parts of the mechanical transmission system or the electrical speed governing board, and make the feeder and the electronic scale run for 6 steps.
3. Open the inspection window to check whether the blanking at the blanking port is smooth, and carry out local reconstruction. Check whether the connection between the blanking port and the metering pipe is reasonable, and whether the design angle of the chute of the hopper is correct.
